Theories that relate to the purpose of my trailer - The hypodermic theory - The theory talks about media’s power on audiences. The message, in this theory, is said to be like a bullet that enters the minds of audience and injects a message. The theory explains how media controls what the audience views and listens to and the effects, which can be immediate or later in future.

This theory is very relevant to documentaries, as documentaries can be a way of inflicting bias opinion on audiences to make them feel or think a certain way about a topic.
